We still have not had a killing frost, and the fall garden is full of greens:  Bok choi, turips, cilantro radish and lettuce.

Squash Spaghetti

Instead of spaghetti squash, we process the summer squash into a pasta substitute. 
After using the mandoline to julienne, we blanched for 5 minutes and froze.

Cabbage

Small but very very good.  
The plants are like bonzai, and have yet to make heads this is the first one.
