Picked the rest of the green beans and then we did get rain, 2.5" thus far.

We froze most of them, but kept the small haricot vert to eat now, and they taste great.
We are expecting a small second picking after this rain.
Meanwhile, the Frittillarias love the coneflower.
More beautiful shots. Looks like Blue Lakes will be our next try. Only a light rain so far today 1:30, enough that I can't mow the yard. Ten of 12 days so far this month with rain. Have you mailed your letter? Tractor still down.
