We have not had any rain since Helene. The fall garden sprouted, and we are watering from the pond but things are not really growing. I do have this nice border of spotted mint up by the house, which I have watered through the drought. This goes by many names: Monarda Punctata, horse mint, spotted mint, spotted bee balm. I stated these from seeds and I am hoping they spread. It is native to Eastern US.
We've had none either; virtually none forecast for at least a week.
