| Cook lentils and make a Rue |

| Saute Onion and Celery in Rue |

| Add spices and salt and pepper. Should be fresh ginger but I was out. |

| Add sweet potatoes and saute |
 |
| Add greens (this is chard) and lentiles, cover with chicken stock and cook till potatoes are done |
