Dave and Nancy: Good to see the trees in, but the garden photos in the previous two or three posts(?) are really impressive - great looks. The 6 inches of rain we got last week are hurting the unfortunately mulched kidney, pinto beans and purple hull peas. May un-mulch some in the 94-degree heat today That is, if it doesn't rain.
To mulch or not to mulch, David and I go round and round. I got David to mulch the peppers saying "your Dad mulched everything" I guess I will have to tell him he is right if we get too much rain.
