Volunteers in the Mint bed

I planted a new mint bed this spring and added our compost to the soil and look what came up!

    We got 1.5 inches, welcome but not enough. Two cuke vines turned out to be two volunteer cantaloupe vines, so we're left with two cuke plants and two volunteer cukes. Hope we both get more rain, but doesn't look promising.
